Wrong bookings on Mastercard / I want my money back!

Hi there,
i am trying to do my Office Specialist, and for first trying how a online
course works, i added a few free courses into my learning. After that i
wanted to buy a First steps with Word, but my Mastercard was purchased 11
times allways with 1 Euro, MS booked 11 times 1 EURO from my Mastecard.
I called 4 times the telephone support from ms, and the agents told me that
is a normal way for checking credit card details and the money should be
booked back in the next 48h hours,now its 4 days past, and now the telephone
knows nothing, also no german telephone number where i can talk to people in
german to solve this problem, because my english is not that perfect. What
telephone in germany can i call, and when will i get my money back, its a pre
paid Mastercard and i saved this money from my pocket money, its not a lot,
but for me the world

There is no one here who can do anything to help you. You need to contact
the company who you paid. This is a public newsgroup and it's rare that
antyone from Microsoft ever shows up.
