Hello. I have tried unsuccessfully to apply black (automatic) font color to
my return and delivery addresses when using Microsoft Office XP. Heretofore,
it seems to me that I was able to get the black color, but now the envelope
print only comes out in red. I end up using some other software program to
address envelopes and this works well.

After I type a letter in MS Word, I click on Tools, Envelopes/Labels, Select
Auto Blk for the Return and Delivery, Click OK for each respectively, and Ok
in the middle of the window. However the print always comes out red. I have
tried to print in MS Word by removing my color print cartridge, but the
printer won't work without both the color and black cartridges.

I would suggest posting your wuestion in a Word newsgroup rather than a
group for questions about the Office certifications.
