I purchased Microsoft Office 2003 & want to convert or upgrade

I have been trying to follow the instructions for upgradeing my office 2003
to office 2007, and have not been successful in stalling. I believe I
downloaded the office 2007 but I'nm not sure how to install or run, so it
works. plase assist me.
